Leve ao fogão com o lume entre o médio\/baixo e mexa de vez em quando até que o chocolate derreta completamente. Retire do fogão e deixe arrefecer por  5 minutos antes de acrescentar as gemas. Elas devem ser acrescentadas uma a uma, mexendo entre cada adição para que as gemas se interliguem . Bata o creme bem até que ele comece a ficar firme. Não excessivamente firme.
